EMRLink Online Help requests are submitted to the Geisinger Service Desk and are assigned as a Routine Priority.

If you have an urgent need, please phone the Service Desk directly at 570-271-8092 and follow the prompts.

For all routine issues, please note the following:
  • The support team will address and respond to your submission within 2 business days.
  • The support team will resolve your help request within 5 business days from the time the submission was created.
  • Help requests are received by support staff Monday through Friday, 8 am – 8 pm
